Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Organizer: Lifeforce Energy School / Lifeforce Energy Awakening Process / Robin Erkel (hereafter referred to as 'Robin Erkel'), located in Amsterdam, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 77424670.

  • Participant: The natural person or legal entity registering for a training, workshop, or event.

  • Agreement: The registration by the participant and confirmation by the organizer.

  • Cancellation: The written notification by the participant to withdraw from participation.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all training programs, workshops, and other services offered by Robin Erkel. By registering, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Registration & Payment

  • Registration is only final after receipt of the (down) payment.

  • The participant will receive an invoice with payment details after registration.

​

4. Cancellation by the Participant

  • Cancellation is only possible in writing via email.

  • If canceled within 14 days of registration (legal cooling-off period), a full refund is possible, unless the training starts within those 14 days.

  • If canceled after 7 days but more than 30 days before the training, you may receive a credit for a future program.

  • If canceled within 30 days before the start date, no refund will be issued.

  • If the training is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

5. Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer

  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel a training or event in case of insufficient participants or force majeure (such as illness, pandemics, extreme weather conditions).

  • In this case, the participant will be given the option of a full refund or participation in a later training.

  • The organizer may modify the location if necessary, without an obligation for a refund.

6. Liability

  • Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the training.

  • The participant is responsible for arranging appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

  • The organizer is not responsible for consequential damages resulting from cancellation or changes to the training.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government measures), the organizer has the right to reschedule the training or offer an alternative solution. Refunds are not possible in case of force majeure.

8. Use of Personal Data (GDPR)

  • The organizer processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Personal data is used solely for administrative and communication purposes and will never be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Participants can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, presentations, and handouts remain the property of the organizer.

  • It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use these materials without permission.

10. Complaints Procedure

  • Complaints must be submitted in writing via info@lifeforce-leap.com within 7 days after the training.

  • The organizer will respond within 14 days and seek an appropriate solution.

​

11. Applicable Law & Disputes​

  • Legal action, if necessary, will be handled under the jurisdiction of The Netherlands.

  • Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
